We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we accept returns for a store credit that can be used at anytime, within 7 days for Domestic orders. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No returns or exchanges after 7 days. All items returned must be unworn and unwashed. Sales tags must be attached and packaging must be returned. Cost of returning items (delivery costs) is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that the following types of items / services are not covered by our returns policy:

• All Masks/Filters are nonreturnable
• Items bought on discount may only be returned for an exchange or store credit. A refund is not permitted.
• Women’s and Girl’s swimwear can be returned for an exchange only. Item must be unworn with the tags and sanitary liner attached
• Altered items are not returnable.
• We do not refund delivery costs

At Velani Boutique we keep delivery simple, reliable and affordable. As a customer you  can select one of three delivery options

Option 1. PAXI delivery

Paxi parcel delivery service – You package gets delivered to you selected nearest PEP store in 5 – 9 days. For this option we charge a flat rate of R60 per order (regardless of size and amount of items).

Option 2. Aramex courier

Aramax courier service – Your package gets delivered to your address in 24 – 72 hours. For this option we charge a flat rate of R100 per order (regardless of size and amount of items)

Option 3. FREE deliver

If you order is over R1000 in total, we offer free PAXI delivery, and if it is over R1500 we offer free Aramax courier delivery.
