Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we accept returns for a store credit that can be used at anytime, within 7 days for Domestic orders. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No returns or exchanges after 7 days. All items returned must be unworn and unwashed. Sales tags must be attached and packaging must be returned. Cost of returning items (delivery costs) is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that the following types of items / services are not covered by our returns policy:
- All Masks/Filters are nonreturnable
- Items bought on discount may only be returned for an exchange or store credit. A refund is not permitted.
- Women’s and Girl’s swimwear can be returned for an exchange only. Item must be unworn with the tags and sanitary liner attached
- Altered items are not returnable.
- We do not refund delivery costs
